For Public Relations, it is new arena to enhance their own work through social media. Public Relations Company starting using social media to share or exchange the information for company benefit and public awareness. Nowadays, Social Media is more easily accessible for PR Company, PR also understands the importance of Social Media.

PR Agency uses the social media tools which help to target the audience for awareness about anything. Tools are blogs, business network, enterprise social network, forums, online news portals, photo sharing, social network etc.
