Every individual in their life time has planned an event in one way or the other. However, at times they find it difficult in managing it, as they are still unaware of the ground realities of the event management. Planning the event in a systemized direction and with most precision is called event management. It’s important to understand that events are not just promotional activities conducted for brands or a person. They also include festivals, marriages, conference, formal meeting and educational ceremonies. Event management includes conceptualizing, planning, coordinating and budgeting.

•            Creative aspects: Management brings the creative aspect of the team and put the best idea to present the desired outcome. It flourishes with out of the box ideas.
